We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As a supplier of industrial and commercial chemicals, we follow strict quality control measures to ensure that every product shipped meets our high standards. Due to the nature of chemical goods, our refund and return policy has specific guidelines in place for regulatory compliance and health & safety concerns.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective.

You received the wrong item or volume.

The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
⚠️ Important: For safety and compliance reasons, products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following products are considered non-returnable and final sale:

Opened containers or broken seals.

Custom-filled or made-to-order volumes.

Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 20 liters or 20 kilograms.

Products purchased under clearance, special discount, or promotional pricing.

Items that were in good condition upon delivery but were:

Damaged after receipt due to mishandling, exposure, or contamination.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Our team will assess the request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, safety seals, and documentation intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a shipping error or product issue on our part.
4. Refunds & Inspections
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If the returned item is found to be opened, used, or not in original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued depending on the inspection results.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. After this window, cancellation may not be possible due to fulfillment procedures and safety regulations.
